Joseph has a law degree from National Taiwan University and LL.M. degree conferred by University of San Diego School of Law in U.S.A.


Being an IP practitioner for more than 20 years, Joseph has helped many clients tackle numerous challenges in protection of their trademarks and copyrights and is frequently invited by industries, associations, government organizations and universities to give lectures or speeches on protection and management of intellectual property rights.


Joseph has been long-term member of various IP organizations, such as INTA, MARQUES, and active member of committees within these organizations, such as INTA Trademark Reporter Committee, INTA Bulletin Committee, MARQUES IAM Team. From time to time, Joseph is also invited to be moderator of Round Table discussion or speaker in sessions during annual meetings of these organizations.
