Since 1983, Mr. Liu has been assisting well-known companies (including Rolex, Cartier, Dunhill, Burberry, DAKS, NIKE, NBA, YAHOO!, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Roche, 3M, ExxonMobil, Shell, etc.) in handling IP infringement and other relevant disputes. In 2002, Mr. Liu was relocated to Lee and Li Business Consulting (Shanghai) Ltd. and mainly engaged in assisting well-known companies in fighting IP infringement activities cross Taiwan and mainland China. In 2004, Mr. Liu was further relocated to Lee and Li – Leaven IPR Agency Ltd. in Beijing, an exclusive alliance of Lee and Li, and has been continuously assisting our clients in handling IP prosecutions and protection cross Taiwan and mainland China.
