Scott was graduated from National Taiwan University (B.S. in Chemical Engineering, 1999) and National Chengchi University (M.S. in Journalism, 2002), and completed a legal course at National Taiwan University, School of Professional and Continuing Studies (2005). Scott is a PRC Patent Attorney, and is now located in Shanghai. Scott focuses his practice on drafting Chinese and English patent specification in the field of Chemistry/Chemical engineering, material technology and semiconductor, patent prosecution and maintenance, and patent enforcement such as determination of patent validity and infringement.
