In 2000, Mr. Shen graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Jiujiang Shipping Industrial College, and then he began to work in patent field. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Shen worked in Beijing Golden-Bridge Intellectual Property Limited, and was responsible for drafting patent specification and claims, preparing the drawings/photos of design patents, and dealing with patent invalidation and patent administrative litigation cases. In 2002, Mr. Shen passed the patent attorney examination. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Shen worked with Beijing Insight Intellectual Property Limited, and was responsible for dealing with patent applications in mechanics and electricity field of foreign applicants.

Mr. Shen specializes in handling design patent cases, patent search, patent infringement assessment, patent litigation, patent validity assessment, patent specification draft, etc.
