In 1996, Ms. Jiang graduated BSc majoring in chemistry from the Qingdao University of Science and Technology and subsequently obtained an MBA degree from Beijing’s University of International Business and Economics in 2006. From 1996 to 2000, Ms. Jiang worked for the research center of Beijing Research & Design of Rubber Industry as an engineer，mainly involved in the structure and formulation of design of tires. After 2000, she joined the NTD Patent & Trademark Agency Ltd. and then Beijing Kingsound & Partners, joining Leaven in 2004. She qualified as a practicing patent attorney in 2012.
Ms. Jiang’s main areas of expertise are Chemicals and Polymer Materials. At Lee & Li – Leaven, she is mostly involved in procedural management of patent prosecution、administration reconsideration, reexamination、invalidation actions、recordation of patent licensing、administration suits and patent disputes. She also participates actively in seminars organized by the CNIPA and ACPAA so that she keeps up to date with the latest information and developments in the IPR field.
