Ms. Lei Zhang graduated from School of Chemical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology (Bachelor) in 1995. From 1995 to 2000, she worked as a chemical engineer in Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co. From 2000 to 2005, she studied in Northeastern University in the U.S. and obtained her Ph.D. degree in Chemistry.

She was registered to practice before China State Intellectual Property Office in 2008. Her practice areas include patent drafting, patent prosecution, patent invalidation proceeding, patent litigation, patent search, and providing opinions with regard to infringement, freedom-to-operate and validity of patents in the fields of chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, materials, etc.
